By entering and using the premises of Kambaku Golf Club, including the golf course, clubhouse, restaurant and surrounding areas, I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with the use of the facilities, including golf, golf carts, uneven terrain, weather conditions, wildlife and other natural hazards. I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to enter and use the premises at my own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, I indemnify and hold harmless Kambaku Golf Club, its owners, members, employees, contractors and representatives against any loss, injury, illness, death, damage or expense arising from my visit or participation in activities at the Club, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. I agree to comply with all Club rules, safety instructions and signage while on the premises.
